Citiapp is our first application aimed at making citizens happier in their cities and makes the municipal and governmental services more accessible, manageable and informative. While building Citiapp, we listened to citizens’ voices and combined their needs with our technical and social expertise to create an efficient and comprehensive solution where information is presented in a real-time and a straightforward way, replacing many other distracting applications, harnessing the power of technology offered by AI and IoT.

Citiapp Mobile
The Citiapp mobile version allows users to receive concise and relevant vital information, alerts and news. In addition, report complaints, follow up on their civil matters with their respective municipalities, explore local attractions, know about events and enjoy them with family and friends.
Citiapp Dashboard
The dashboard version is mainly designed for the municipalities’ staff as their back end control panel to manage both citizens and partners matters. It provides an overview of reports types, suggestions, complaints and questions with few clicks. It allows staff to Add, edit and remove news and alerts and send them to citizens quickly and easily. The dashboard’s main advatage is automating the repetitive work to get reports assigned efficiently and resolved quickly, utilise citizens’ participation and engagement in developing and strengthening the city.
