While making sure our clients, users and customers are accounted for in each design stage, we take the ‘Open data’ concept one step further by introducing actionability, employing AI, IoT and cloud computing. Those three areas define our main focus areas.
Each one of our main three pillars contributes to the happiness of our users differently, however, they are critical-to-success factors to our design thinking process.
Some projects require more focus on AI while others require heavy user experience oriented approach. Our experience in these three areas enables us to allocate our resources efficiently to guarantee an effective outcome
Accessibility to open data is vital to enhance decision making and make cities smarter. But we aimed beyond accessibility and thought about actionability. The added value comes from processing open data and disseminating knowledge and information to users. we also collect data and make them accessible for others to use to encourage ‘Open Data’ and motivate other players to contribute to the field.
Read more →Thanks to AI, IoT, and Cloud Computing technologies, we can process open data and disseminate knowledge to our users automatically and learn from their preferences, needs, and interests to create solutions with excellent performance and outstanding quality. Municipalities invest huge money installing sensors and collecting valuable data on weather forecasts, temperature, water levels, pollutions, traffic and much more. We employ responsible AI solutions -without breaching privacy and confidentiality- to take advantage of the collected data. We extract valuable insights and translate them to vital notifications which users find useful to run their lives efficiently.

The design phase involves listening to the voice of customer while the deployment process aims to meet users’ expectations and satisfy their requirements. That is why our solutions are robust and specialised and provide unique and rewarding user experience that will satisfy their intended purpose.
Read more →Our products and solutions aim to exceed the expectations of our users. To stay on top of our game, we follow a design thinking process that puts users’ experience at its core. We understand that no two users are alike, and their experience subjectively depends on their usability and interaction with our solutions, to understand our users’ desires, needs, requirements and expectations, we employ various tools to capture their voice, listen in on their pain points and benchmark our solutions against our competitors’. We proceed by translating such notes to technical requirements to innovate our solutions. To ensure our user experience is highly perceived in utility, ease of use, and efficiency, we follow the DMAIC strategy (shown in the figure below) to ensure our solutions are effective, accurately addressing our customers/users’ pain points at least meeting their expectations.
As we appreciate the value of research and understand its vital role in bridging gaps between theory and practice, we are Inviting all interested researchers, scholars and institutions in any of these focus areas to share, communicate and be part of our family.
